BUSINESS / THE QUESTION

Where should we focus this week?

Follow the work from first enquiry to delivery. Understand where demand converts, where work stalls and where operating effort goes.

12quotations awaiting a response
4handoffs past their agreed date
3orders missing delivery details
PATTERN TO REVIEW

Interest is moving faster than follow-through.

In this example, open quotations and overdue handoffs deserve attention before more demand is added. Check the age, value and reason on each record.

CUSTOMERS / THE QUESTION

What do customers need to move forward?

Bring needs, objections and preferences together across conversations. See recurring themes and inspect the exchanges behind them.

18conversations mention delivery timing
11conversations raise a price concern
7conversations request a comparison
PATTERN TO REVIEW

Certainty about delivery is a recurring need.

These example themes can overlap. A price question may be about value, budget or payment timing; the underlying conversation matters before drawing a conclusion.

TEAM / THE QUESTION

Who is doing well, and who needs support?

See who owns the work, what is getting completed and where people need support. Read outcomes alongside workload, complexity and quality.

9completed sales follow-ups
6open service tasks
2handoffs waiting on another team
PATTERN TO REVIEW

A blocked task is not the same as poor performance.

In this example, review each owner’s completion and response history with task complexity, customer outcomes and dependencies. Use the evidence to recognise good work and identify support needs.

All numbers and patterns above are fictional examples, not Skillies customer results. Your view is designed around the records you connect, the questions you need answered and the permissions you agree.

01 / ASK

Start with your questions.

Where do opportunities stall? Which objections keep coming up? Who is performing well, and where is the team stretched? Define the questions and measures that matter to you.

02 / UNDERSTAND

Keep the evidence close.

Connect summaries to the permitted records behind them. Make the reporting period, missing information and source coverage visible so you know what the insight can support.

03 / DECIDE

Turn insight into follow-through.

Choose an action, assign an owner and review the result. Use AI to surface patterns and possible explanations; keep business direction and people decisions with your team.

Useful answers. Clear limits.

What can an owner understand from the system?+

Depending on the connected records, the system can bring together open work, sales follow-through, customer themes, task ownership and performance measures. We define the view around your business questions and verify the underlying data during setup.

Can it identify customer needs and objections?+

It can group recurring needs, questions, objections and preferences from the conversations and notes it is permitted to use. Themes should link back to supporting records for review. Missing channels and ambiguous language can affect the picture.

Can it show who is performing well?+

It can help you review agreed measures such as responsiveness, completion, quality and customer outcomes by the responsible team or person. Workload, task complexity and dependencies need to be considered alongside the numbers. Your managers interpret the evidence and make people decisions.

Will it tell us which direction to take?+

It can surface patterns, possible explanations and options to investigate. Use these as decision support, then test the chosen change against agreed measures. The system cannot guarantee a commercial outcome or infer a complete business picture from incomplete records.

Is this a ready-made dashboard?+

This page shows an illustrative interface. The production view, integrations, reporting frequency, permissions and measures are scoped around your operation. Only connected and authorised data can inform it.
