Planned assistant + receptionHEALTHCARE / OPERATING CONTEXT
The dedicated Skillies healthcare agent is still in development and unavailable today. This is a proposed administrative blueprint for a future requirements discussion: published clinic information, minimal booking details, verified scheduling and clear reception tasks. It is not a clinical service or a promise of pilot access.

01 / THE WORKFLOW
A proposed assistant could use approved clinic locations, hours and published booking information. It would not ask for symptoms or infer a clinical need.
Planned assistant + receptionDefine the minimum name, contact and appointment-reference fields needed for the administrative task, with the clinic’s permission and access requirements established first.
Customer + reception processA future connection would use an approved calendar or staff check for the requested published appointment type, location and time. Compatibility is not assumed.
Reception + scheduling systemOnly after the real scheduling process confirms the change would the customer receive an updated appointment message and applicable published preparation instructions.
Reception or verified scheduling workflowTrack an unanswered administrative question, required registration step or staff callback with a responsible person, keeping clinical information out of general intake notes.
Reception coordinatorA future workflow could record the confirmed appointment state and route billing or service-experience questions to staff. Clinical follow-up is outside this proposed scope.
Reception + billing team02 / CONNECTED SYSTEMS
A proposed source for clinic hours, locations, published appointment information and staff-approved general instructions.
A potential connection for booking references, real availability and confirmed changes; access and supported operations would need assessment.
A proposed record containing only the contact and administrative fields needed for the task, with access and retention requirements defined before any pilot.
A potential staff queue for administrative callbacks and billing questions, using approved references instead of clinical or payment-card details.
